HIPAA may not apply to an entity or person solely due to the involvement of health information, and may also not apply to the transactions and/or communications with SolveRx, the Pharmacies, Medical Groups, and/or Providers of the Service. In cases where SolveRx is considered a “business associate”, SolveRx may be subject to certain provisions of HIPAA with respect to Protected Health Information (“PHI”) that you provide to SolveRx, the Pharmacies, Medical Groups, and/or Providers.
